Austria Cup Vienna
Early morning yesterday I took off with my parrents to participate at the 3rd cable stop of the Wakeboard Austria Cup. This event was hosted by AWC Vienna a 4 pilon Rixen cable in beautiful surrounding. I could only test the cable for one day, which with its two kickers is not the best for me, so I had to focus on my invers and flat tricks.
Like at the Planksee event unfortunately here were no participants in my category (Junior Ladies), so I was added to the Open Ladies.
The qualifications took place in strong wind and high waves, which really made my job hard. Despite it I could qualify first to the finals. The weather was ideal for the finals, no wind and mirror water. My competitors really took advantge of this with very-very strong runs with more inverts in each of them, so I was in a difficult situation.
As I did my usual warm-up excercises befor the finals is was trying to focus on my two runs.
After the two final runs I left the jetty unsure if I could win this event with the run of my life. Waiting for the award ceremony I tried to stay cam. We all congratulated each other with the finalists and I was waiting excited for the judges' decision.
And whne Kevin called me as winner to the podium everything was all right again. I could win this event in Austria even in Open category! As Kevin has also menitioned it was worth getting up early and travelling to Vienna!

Thanks to my parrents and sponsors, I could never do it without you!
